To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is paid; the remainder is paid on arrival. Any cancellation or change must be communicated in writing, by email, and is only considered valid if made before entering the site. Cancellations before entering the site: · More than 30 days in advance: full refund of the deposit, minus €10 administration fee. · Between 30 and 8 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit, minus €10 administration fee. · 7 days or less in advance: no refund of the deposit. Refunds are always made using the same payment method used originally. No-show: if the pitch is not occupied on the scheduled date, the booking is automatically cancelled at 12:00 the following day, with no refund. If the guest wishes to keep the pitch without occupying it, this must be communicated in writing, and the unoccupied days will be charged in full. Once the guest has entered the site and occupied the pitch, no amount will be refunded, whether in full or in part, including in the case of early departure. Services booked separately, such as electricity or laundry, are also non-refundable once they have started, unless the fault lies with us. If the pitch remains unoccupied for more than 24 consecutive hours without notifying reception of the return date, it will be understood that the pitch has been vacated, and management may dispose of it with no compensation due. In the event of a proven case of force majeure, such as serious illness or the death of a close family member, management may consider issuing a voucher valid for 12 months, subject to availability and the rates in force at that time. No cash refund will be given.

OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS Reception is open and vehicle access to the site is available from 9:30 to 19:30 h. The pitch must be vacated before 12:00 h on the day of departure; later departures are subject to availability, require prior authorisation from management and may carry a surcharge. COEXISTENCE AND REST Please respect the rest and tranquillity of other guests. Between 00:00 and 8:00 h, silence takes priority. The volume of sound equipment must be kept moderate, and vehicle engines must be switched off as soon as parking is complete. MINORS Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of minors at all times. Minors may not enter other pitches or interfere with other guests' stay. USE OF PITCHES Vehicles and belongings must remain within the limits of the assigned pitch. Changing pitches without prior authorisation and washing any vehicle within the site are prohibited. CLEANLINESS Each guest is responsible for keeping their pitch clean. Rubbish bags must be properly closed and placed in the designated bins. LAUNDRY AND DRYING CLOTHES The laundry is available from 8:00 to 18:00 h. Lines may not be set up and clothes may not be hung on fences, trees or the area's furniture; the dryer and portable clothes racks are provided for that purpose. GREY AND BLACK WATER Grey water and chemical toilet waste must only be emptied in the designated disposal area. Pouring any liquid onto pitches, into communal drains or onto green areas is strictly prohibited. FIRE AND BARBECUES For safety reasons and in accordance with regional regulations, lighting fires on the ground and using wood or charcoal barbecues is strictly prohibited. RESPONSIBLE USE OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY Water is a limited resource in this area: we ask you to make responsible use of taps, showers and water points. We would also appreciate it if you switch off the air conditioning or heating when leaving your vehicle. PETS Pets are welcome and must always be kept under control and accompanied. They are not allowed inside the bathroom blocks, their waste must be picked up, and their accessories cannot be washed in the laundry. ONE MOTORHOME PER PITCH Awnings, tables, chairs and a trailer may be set up within the limits of the pitch. A car may be parked next to the motorhome by paying the extra vehicle surcharge.
